There are only a few reasons why you might need coffee at 2AM.  Hopefully you'll be wearing this when you find yourself there.  Think of this as speakeasy coffee... where someone next to you is enjoying an old fashioned, or espresso martini.  The lights are low, the leather seating is classic, and the vibe is palpable.. This starts off dark, never gets too sharp and dries down into a beautiful rich creamy sandalwood with a touch of cacao/chocolate.

For Soul Cafe lovers, I made 2AM Coffee to fix the coffee expectation that many gourmand lovers felt was missing. Please use this in conjunction with Soul Cafe to layer. My advice is to use 2AM Coffee as the base and then apply Soul Cafe at your discretion.
